Leopold Stickley (1869-1957)
Founder and guiding force of the L. & J.G. Stickley Company. He started his career as foreman of Gustav's furniture factory, and throughout his career was known to be an elite cabinetmaker and businessman. His adaptation to different styles allowed L. & J.G. Stickley to thrive despite changes in public taste.
